Give me all the shit you need to but I was tucking my engine bay harness, labeled all the wires and clipped them so I could lengthen and everything, and most of my labels have fallen off.

I know most of the wires are color coded and simple but some of the orange wires, brown wires, etc have multiples and some have silver rings around them. I may have to buy another engine bay harness but does anyone have any suggestions here? maybe a link to a list of accurate wire colors or anything that can help me dig myself out of this hole?

Im working through testing things and I might just have to pull more of the tape off of the stock wires and track them back to the boxes to run one system at a time but if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Also if anyone has an engine bay harness for sale that would work with an sr swapped 1990 hatch (originally sohc auto) let me know because it might be worth saving the headache to spring for a new harness. Thanks!

I am in the process of doing this myself. I bought multi color zip ties and used those to label the multiples of browns and oranges ect.

Basically for your situation you might be better off doing what jbeck said^ unless you are a expert at wiring then untape the whole harness get out the old schematic and start figuring it out.

FSM gives all the information you'll need to figure out what wires are what.

I had the diagrams from the FSM but these multiple wires of the same color screwed me over. Im looking around on here and a local 240 forum for anyone selling a harness. As far as im concerned this thread has served its purpose but thanks guys.
