Attempted to remove the stock tension rod brackets to replace them with a nismo power brace. On the passenger, there are 2 bolts that hold up the bracket to the rad support, well one of those broke. There's about 2 threads sticking out. What's the best way I should go about doing this ?

I doubt an easy out would work because the bolt was very seized, but it turned with a lot of force. Maybe drill it out and tap it ? but it would be hard to drill it dead center.

Anyone ever been in this situation before ?

Use Vise-Grip (should be called Death-Grip) pliers and clamp them on there real tight, that should get it out rather easily. I'd recommend the original ones by Irwin. I was able to remove a couple rusted out exhaust bolts with them after rounding out the bolt heads and nuts with regular sockets. Another option is to use an Alden GraBit extactor, I have one and it's a great piece.

Weld on a nut and loosen it.

There's not enough sticking out to grab it with vice grips

I'll try to find a welder, mine's broken. I'm trying to find an alternative
