Manaray Mesh wheels 5x114.3|17x9| +25?

i got a set of Manaray mesh wheels, 17x9, says 5x114.3 on the back, but where redrilled to 5x120, no tires, rims are in good condition no bends or cracks, could use new paint on it depending on buyer. $600obo picked up.

they say 5x114.3 on the back, but it fits my e36, so i would assume it has been redrilled so i will try to see if they fit on my 240

wheels do not have the offset stamped on the back, i looked for it, i will post more pics during the week.
