No back fees on registration. I just received my registration renewal and it's $80 for 2013 to make it operational again. We could make a deal on that ;)

The hood closes and it's well aligned. It's the bumper that is not aligned, it's tied with zip ties at the moment.

*edit: sorry, just looked at the picture again, the hood wasn't fully closed in that pic, you're right. But it does close just fine

Not at the moment. A fuel line that goes into the fuel filter sprung a leak but it's an easy fix.
