Finally had some time to install a few things last night. The stock tension rod bushings on both sides were pretty torn up and oozing gooey black spooge. Hopefully this will tighten things up in the front and get rid of my steering wheel oscilation at speed.

Is that the NISMO power brace? I thought that you could not use that with the tension rod bar.

well obviously you can but i have no idea why you would want to...........is the tension rod bar actually stiffer than the one welded into the power brace? i'm inclined to think not.

Notice the adjustability of the cusco tension rod brace? It's not just bolted in there... I have it pressing quite firmly against the sides.

Yes, not difficult at all. I removed it and replaced it with a dual FAL unit.

Last night I installed a cusco 22mm rear swaybar and rear strut tower brace along with what you see above, just didnt get any pix of them. I've also got kazama RUCA's and rear toe links waiting to go in when my Zeal V-6's arrive =]

Cusco whore huh? welcome to the club. i am guessing we have almost the same parts, but i got the CF front tower bar and i sold my front stabilizer bar.
did you realize the cusco arms and links just are not worth the price? i forget how much the tension rods are, but it is ludacris.
your car is going to feel SO different after you put all that junk on.

isn't having the nismo power brace bar and a cusco tension rod bar kinda overkill? I thought you only really need one or the other. seems like having both is a bit of a waste..
but otherwise you have some nice parts. I have both the nismo brace bar and kazama tension rods.
3 questions
1-is there enough thread at the end of the cusco tension bar to safely put a nut on ?
2-would it be better to get a longer bolt?
3-how come phase2 says not to use any tension bars with the power brace?

S13 only.

so you're saying on the s13 you CANT use the power brace and the tension bar while 240eggsx CLEARLY states not to give him no back talk sucka

I'm saying his statement is true for S13 only, IE S13 power bar and tension bar don't work together.
