I was thinking about running E85 in my car once i get it finished but i have to drive to yhe next city (8+ miles) to get it. So is it worth it to run E85 instead of 91?

8+ miles? thats it?
when i was daily driving my EVO on e85 i was going 26miles each way because that was the closest one at the time and was welllllll worth it.
if you dont want to make the drive take jugs to fill up with you.
i would fill the tank and take 3-4 five gal jugs.
once you go e85 you wont want to run 91 ever again

18+ miles.
18+ miles.
do the fill plus extra jugs
make sure you have a back up 91 map in case of emergency which i had as well incase things do happen and if you cant fill on e85 in time you can switch out to your 91 map and get to where you need to

Considering that a lot of people run it as a race gas alternative (though, not replacement) driving a reasonable distance to buy some is pretty much the norm. (have to do the same for race gas)
When my brother was running his SW20 on E85 we'd throw two 5Gal jugs in the back of my E46 and drive to Center City in Philly (15 miles or so both ways) to fill them up.

Do it, you won't ever go back to regular gas!

I don't know why I didn't suggest this before but, it might be worthwhile for you to invest in a 55gal drum and a hand pump. Depending on how much you drive, it should be large enough to store a few weeks of fuel if not more. It'll be painful to fill the tank, but probably cheaper in the long run than buying 10gal here, 5gal there, etc.
