obd2 code p0446 help and how to fix

So my car some times dies when you start it (cold start) well today went to starti t and it did t again then the check light came on (code p0446) how do I fix this

In case somebody is looking for a solution, I fixed mine by disconnecting the breather hose that connects to the EVAP vent control valve (the valve attached to the evap canister) and ran water through it. It did not appear to be clogged, but I guess it was, because once I ran water through it, the code cleared up and did not come back... Hope that helps
