No damage and from what i know the wheels look like they've never been refinished except the faces were painted.

i also have authentic work lips in 3" and 4.5" that i'll throw in.

(i'm looking for a straight trade for everything that i listed above - and i guess we both pay for our own shipping because i have to ship the lips to you as well)
