Steering wheel isn't straight? So it needs an alignment? Or take the wheel off and put it on straight? Not sure what it means.

I don't think it needs a new steering wheel, I think whoever replaced it (probably had a custom steering wheel at one point) Didn't properly line up the steering wheel when they put it back on. It's an easy fix, just straighten the tires and take off the steering wheel, then put it back on as centered as possible. GLWS.
