Car died on road, ECU?

So here are the important notes. It died on the road after a day of driving. -Stock Sr20det. Brand new Clutch and Transmission. - All grounds are connected.- Fuel pump does not prime, no fuel pressure or spark. -CAS was tested 3 months ago and was fine. CTS&MAF are good as well. ECU error light does not turn on. And the most recent is a guy tried to hot wire the ignition to the battery directly so now it wont even turn over unless I use a screwdriver on the starter to jump it.

Any help would be appreciated. I know wiring but obviously not enough because I can't figure out why it just died.
