Now that i have your attention, I'm gonna waste your time and ask a simple question . Googled hp ratings for a s15 SR and everything says 250ish , is that at stock boost ? (7psi?) . If so is it reasonable to believe i can achieve 300hp at 15 psi ? (what I've read the gt28 bb can be boosted to)

Thanks for any help in advance .

Didn't realize there was a Zilvia app. It blows though.

To answer your question, because I doubt anyone else will, yes, it's 250hp. No, that's not wheel horsepower. Yes, you can attain 300hp, although you'll want/need a proper tune to get there instead of simply upping the boost. Also, the s15 t28 can be boosted to around 18 safely.

Next time, try searching. All of this is readily available info.

Try being more creating on searching. Also, Google is such an amazing search engine.

I typed "gt28 sr20det 300hp" and got this as result #1, a post from Nissanforrums from fuckin' 2003!!!!

First reply on that page:
"1.) 13 psi is alot of boost for a daily driver. you would have to put alot more money into your engine ( piston heads, cams, rods, bearings) the stock turbo/ engine would eat itself at the much boost pressure- im not even sure if the turbo could withstand that much pressure without any other cooling/ oiling measures ( intercooler/ oil pump). and no 13 psi is not recommended for the stock SR20DET. "

Lol, how innocent they were in 2003

7 psi is not stock boost either. It's 11 psi if you have the stock boost solenoid.

I've seen this posted before but I'm pretty sure it was disproved

S15 sr20det's have a good reliable power. Simple upgrades and a proper tune will get you were you want to be.

I have cp pistons scat rods etc . So I'm not by any means trying to do this with a stock sr . I heard something about welding the internal wastegate to use a external ? Increasing how high you can boost ? No clue on turbos i just wanna get sideways that's about as honest as i can be .
