My car isn't starting and I've made sure grounds are good all cables are secure nothing chopped all fuses and relays good starter is good alternator is good battery is good but they are telling me the starter isn't getting enough power... And told me to add a relay...but where exactly or how could I fix this problem?

I had a starter that was tested, passed, but wasn't powerful enough to crank the car. Just barely moved. Replaced and problem solved.

The only thing was this was a known good starter turned the previous motor over...

i had a starter that always passed, new battery, good alternator... starter sometimes wouldn't respond even after i changed everything... changed starter and still had the same problem... when i checked with a multimeter i noticed that the starter wasn't getting enough power so i just made a relay, used the key switch/original starter wire as the switch on the relay and took power directly from the battery and problem solved haven't had a problem after that... it's kind of like the fuel pump relay mod but with the starter...

hope this helps...

If you wanna cancel out the starter, just give drect power to the sensor spade on the starter with the key in the acc position.
