Racing seat w/rails FS or FT

I have a fixed racing seat with rails for sale or trade off of my s13. It bolts perfectly to the frame. It is a bit faded on the left side due to being left in the sun by the previous owner. But overall a great seat. I am looking to trade for s13 lowering springs or sell for $175 OBO Would prefer a hand to hand trade.

Well I'm a 36 waist and It fits just right. You could probly get away with a 38 though
