I compared the j30 to the s13 and the knurl splines on the j30 seemed to be longer, but the pattern is the same I think.

i tried to help you out by referencing rock auto, ebay, & summit but they are somewhat conflicting.

anyways, if it is the 'standard' stud that majority of nissans use s13/s14 fronts, etc etc, then the size its m12-1.25x41.5 (approximately)
knurl diamter of 12.83mm (.505in)

which is the same thing as a datsun 620, which is what i needed extended studs for last night. here is the most inexpensive i found
Moser Engineering 8255 - Moser Engineering Wheel Studs - Overview - SummitRacing.com (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MSR-8255/)
these are a perfect match, in regards to knurl diameter.
theyre m12-1.50 thread pitch, which is what youd have to switch to anyways if you went ARP. theyre $22 for 10! 2.5in long, so run open ended lugnuts.

here is the info on the ARPs i WAS going to get

part number 100-7708
dimensions:
12mm x 1.50
knurl diameter: .509in (12.92mm)
knurl length: .315in (8mm)
underhead length: 2.5in (63.5mm)

price is around $15 each, for 5 (so $30 for 10)

Hey man, thanks for the reply.. I was too led astray by the conflicting information on those sites. I just ordered the Arp 7708's like 3 hours ago.. I hope they work. I will most defiantly let you know when I get them.
