sounds like a bearing on a pullye going bad, maybe water pump or powersteering.

Or something is rubbing somewhere. does it increase or disapear with revs

Does it change/get louder with higher RPM? Sounds like one of your belts is rubbing against something.

^^^That or the tensioners are going bad? Did you just change the timing belt recently? When you put the crank cover on, did you put the crank timing pulley plates on in there like you were supposed to?

sounds like metal vibrating, possible the back cam guard vibrateing or the cams gear rubbing on it

I just changed the belt and that was it. The noise goes away when you rev the motor. I pulled the cam cover off today when I took the video of the belt. I didnt see anything rubbing and the cam cover didn't have any marks on it.

Still sounds like its touching something it shouldnt. I'd pop the crank pulley off and cover, inspect to make sure you put the 2 plates on the timing gear pulley the correct way. Had a buddy forget to put one of them back on and his belt rubbed and was making a screeching noise.
