Boston Meet

The Boston meet might have been a success.... 4 S14's, including Yury's extremely nice SR.  Lots of popped hoods and some good chat, especially over turbos (like how likely it is that I'll blow my engine up).  

Anyways, there was a small side deal going on with the drifting ricer and me... about being a better driver.  Well, one of us was able to win the entire field's first match, and pull the fastest time of any of us during the two races.  Let's just say it wasn't the drifting ricer.  The karts rule.  Seriously.  I did some NASTY drifts coming up the back straight.... my average speed was over 38 miles an hour, and half of the course is S turns (track 2 at F1BOSTON).  I think I was braking from a good 50 - 60 MPH.... coming into a U-turn sideways and setting up for the following esses.  
anyways, Drifting Ricer still has his new year's resolution.  I'll just put it like that.

wait... what was your fastest time?? i had.... 3 laps under 17 seconds?? &nbsp;and who was it that finished first??? then had fastest lap??? &nbsp;ahem.....

heheh. &nbsp;anyways... we need to do this with our 240's. &nbsp;it's the only right way. &nbsp;i mean, who cares if i'm a better driver if my car isn't faster <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> &nbsp;
