Let me google that for you (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=how+automotive+air+conditioning+works)
Really? That's as far as you investigated the problem and you couldn't try and do some of your own research?

i google searched my issue, no results came back that were anywhere similar to what i'm experiencing... if you're gunna be an a$$hole about it, just shut up.

First you need to give more details.
- Are all the a/c lines hooked up?
- Maybe the compressor is bad?
- What motor? KA? SR?
- What Compressor KA? SR?
Give the proper details and try different things before you ask. Use your problem solving skills. Did your mom spoon feed you everything on a silver platter for you?

If that's all you can figure out with your research then you need to just take it to a shop.

the A/C lines are hooked up, engine is KA, compressor isn't locked up so i'm assuming it's still good, and i have no clue what the compressor itself came off of. would guess that it's a KA because the engine is mainly stock other than an electric fan.

What issue? The way you described it your blower motor could be unplugged for all we know. And FYI I've been chasing down a/c problems for a month now without being spoon fed so there's a reason I'm being an ahole.

Dude what's not blowing air have to do with any thing you said.
The answer for his thread is ( Check your blower fan located under the passenger air bag and the fan blower relay check that also. )

Ok I'll try and be nice since you haven't given anyone any useful information yet...
Here's a list of stuff to troubleshoot:
1) When you push the a/c button does the light come on? If not check climate control fuse/acc relay
2) When you push the a/c button does the a/c compressor clutch engage?
3) If you push the one of the valves on the a/c lines in does freon come out? (I mean poke it don't hold the valve in like an idiot)
4) DOES YOUR BLOWER MOTOR ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING WHEN YOU TURN IT TO 1 2 3 or 4?? You still haven't answered this...
5) When you push the buttons to change vent position is there a noise from under the dash?
6) If the answer to 3 is no, does your drier or expansion valve need to be replaced?
Check all these and come back when you have answers and information.

1.) lights come on
2.) what am i looking at here? i don't hear anything engaging, but i do not have a clutch fan on the engine if that's the clutch you're talking about
3.) no...
4.) negatory ghost rider
5.) no
6.) what is that, and even if it does, could it have anything to do with the blower not blowing?

So based on all this, your climate control unit is good, your a/c needs to be recharged, you need to check all your accessory/climate control/blower motor fuses and relays. Before you recharge your a/c I would change EVERY o ring in the system, replace the drier & expansion valve (google how to do this), blast the system out with compressed air, and make sure that the system hold pressure once everything is done. All of the above can be done in a day with ~$90. Then take it to an a/c shop and have them pull vacuum and charge the system. Hopefully that fixes it.

He said its not blowing any air at all so obviously it's your blower motor cause it can't be anything else. Check it again bud

He said no freon came out when he pushed the valves. So even if the blower motor came on it would blow warm air. I told him to check his fuses...

Well he won't feel the A/C or Heat without a blower motor

I TOLD HIM TO CHECK HIS FUSES & RELAYS... Just because the blower motor doesn't come on doesn't mean the blower motor itself is broken.

yes i know but if you actually read his posts he said he checked the fuses and relays already. Either he didn't check them correctly or the blower motor doesn't work

it would help if i had proper fuse box covers, all of mine except the one on the driver side in the bay is missing, googled it, and then checked the 2 top 15 amp fuses in the cab, those fuses were good.

Take it and test it out side if it doesn't work then replace it. But if it dose next step is Check the wire plug that goes in to the blower if it doesn't have power then check your fuses and relays. If you don't know where's the blower fuses or relays. Ask a Nissan dealer for a fuses map They will help you.

i'm fixing to start all over again and have an experienced electrician test my relays and stuff, really can't see tearing it all apart for it to only be something minor.
