So I looked through the fsm and seen that I am missing the clutch interlock relay. So I bought one online and when i got it, it was the wrong relay but all the pics online say that its the right relay. So I'm not sure what relay I need. my s14 wont crank and the starter is good so are the relays inside the car. here's a pic so you can see what I'm talking about. Thank in advance.

To tell if the relay's the problem, pull the relay out and jump the "3" and "5" pins. Usually there are problems with the wiring, not the relay itself.

The relay was missing when I bought the car.

Ok so jumped the 3 and 5(I think) and still nothing. I'm not sure where to go from here.

You really need to start troubleshooting then.
If your ignition switch is working properly, then you'll have power going to the clutch interlock relay when the key is in the 'start' position. If your clutch switch isn't working (on the pedal) the relay won't activate, but that's why I suggested jumping the pins.
If you just need to get it started, run a wire from the starter solenoid spade terminal to your start wire on the key (or to a new start button/switch, so you dont have to chop up your harness).

so the battery and the starter are good. also when i turn the key to the start position there is no power to the clutch interlock relay. When i turn the key to try and start it there is what sounds like 2 clicks. Im not sure where the start wire is to run a straight wire from the starter, and i dont really want to have it super gheeto rigged when im driving it(just incase my daughter is in the car).

ok so i just put my multimeter to the starter connector and the starter looks like its not getting power. not sure if its because the interlock relay is not there(which doesnt get power either) or something else.
