Hey guys, I've had this car for a few weeks and just wanted to throw it up on the forums and see if I get any offers. She's my daily and runs like a champ.
1989 Nissan 240sx S13 Coupe XE w/ SR20DET redtop swap.
Power everything: windows, locks, moonroof, and steering (if you put the belt on).
Engine/Trans:
92 SR20DET - about 60k miles.
- Cometic Head Gasket
- ARP Head Studs
5 Speed, oil recently changed with AMS Oil GL-4
Rebuilt Garrett GT2560R
New Turbo Elbow (ebay but nice)
Custom exhaust with flex pipe welded in and an Apexi WS2 Muffler/Resonator.
- 2 3/4 off the elbow back
- AEM wideband O2**
- Apexi WS2 muffler and resonator
Custom IC piping
Greddy FMIC
HKS BOV
Tru Boost - Boost gauge**
J30 LSD
Koyo Aluminum RAD w/ Nismo 1.3 bar cap
**Wideband and boost gauge need to be re-installed, PO removed them and never put back in. Wideband is still in exhaust however. Both included in a dash pod.
Suspension:
- Tein S. Tech lowering springs
- KYB GR2 struts
- S14 ABS calipers, Slotted rotors, and Hawk pads- 80%
- 04 Sentra SE-R (auto) wheels
- Tires are 205/50R16 with ~10k on them (Firehawk GT's)
Negatives/Cons:
-Could use paint. Body is straight with no major dents/dings, but the clear coat is chipping/fading and there are scratches. (No Rust! Car came from Georgia!)
-Speedometer doesn't work, but all it needs is a correct s13 speed sensor. (RPM, Gas, and Temp all work fine)
-Dash bulbs don't light up - all warning lights work fine, but the 3 bulbs that light up the dash at night no longer come on. PO installed 2 leds to light up the dash though so its not a big problem.
-Driverside keyhole doesn't lock/unlock from outside. Both doors lock fine, just the keyhole on the outside of the driver door won't function. Since its power locks you could just throw in a keyless entry system, or just fix that keyhole. No biggie, I just unlock the car from the passenger side.
I daily this car and its loads of fun, I just wanted to see if I had any interest on the forum. Like I said she runs like a champ!
I'm looking for around 5800 OBO. I'm very negotiable and I'll also consider trades. I'm just testing the waters. :D
