Ok so i bought an 89 hatch base model with no tranny and a 95 KA24DE with 77k on the engine to use as a second block for my KA-T build so that way i would have a spare to toss in my 92 SE Coupe in case that i over boost or whatever. Im going to be runing a t-25 on like 7-9psi so im using stock internals and ARP hardware with a cometic head gasket. My problem is that i bought the hatch without the previous owner cranking the engine. There is no fuel pump, ecu, and the harness was done by GS motorsports but it is a pretty shitty job. My s13 coupe is in perfect condition engine wise but has 220k on the clock and i would like to run this other block while i build the high millage one. Any thoughts on how i can make the s13 harness work or if they even differ at all??

The Hatch that i bought for $450

S13 and S14 ka's are pretty identical except for coil is inside dizzy on s14 ka and has more emissions sensors, but other than that harnesses and ecu's are interchangeable with little modification, google for some ecu pin outs and can be done :2f2f:

Pretty much dizzy and throttle position sensor are different plus/minus emmisions that aren't necessary. Coolant temp sensor plug is different but that's just as easy to swap the sensor.
