i just got into a little accident on 280 south going to san jose from san francisco
my car has right side damage, and i think that the wheels are now not aligned, and there maybe some frame shifting
the right front fender, door, and rear fender are all torn up, including the lights on that side
i'm looking for a body shop that can fix my car to the closest to original shape as possible
i'm looking for one that KNOWS about 240s [96 SE]
anyone have any suggestions??? or opinions on shops???
any help would be appreciated

I don't know a shop that specializes in 240s or anything, but I know one that's worked on my '95 as well as another guy's full s15 conversion (including cutting/welding/bondoing of rear to fit S15 taillights) with a '96..so I think these guys do know their 240s pretty well. They did an absolutely unbelievable job both times..I'd more than vouch for them.
They're up in Oakland and I have to go there too to get something fixed on my car. If you'd like to come along to talk to them just pm me or something.

Try William at Williams Autobody and Repair in San Mateo. My 240 is in his shop now and he also has a custom widebody 240 in there as well. He has a lot of experience with Nissans and owns one crazy 240Z. He does show quality work.

Holy crap what the hell hit you, or what the hell did you hit? Good luck with your restoration. Michael J in San Jose did a damn good job with my S14 (stock).

that looks like a car the insurance company would consider totalled... i know cars have been totalled for less damage than that and especially if your frame is bent or the wheel is bent in at all

Sunny Auto Body on Potrero and 17th. Top notch work, just had my spoiler painted and installed there.
Sunny Auto Body
(415) 861-2333 450 Potrero Ave
San Francisco, CA
Like other's said though..that seems like a helluva a lotta damage. Your insurance company should buy the car off you...see if you can swipe the front end and sell that for about $1.5g's. Turn it into a parts car man....
Soldier down.
They have done 240's before, not just mine.
