Okay so I read the write up here on how to check for the o2 sensor:
1991-1994 240sx: Reading computer(ECU) codes : Nissan Online Mechanic (http://forums.nicoclub.com/1991-1994-240sx-reading-computer-ecu-codes-t253912.html)
put key to on position, turned the screw to clockwise, held, and turned back, started car. (already at operating temp)
I held it at 2,000 rpm as specified. The check engine light would stay on whilst I was holding at exactly 2k. The light would then go off and then without my foot moving, the rpms would drop a bit and it would start misfiring. About a second or two later, the light would come back on and the rpms would climb back up to 2k and hold until the light went off again.
The light would go off probably every ten seconds. I never got the ecu or the check engine light to blink five times in ten seconds.
Would this be an indication of my misfiring, shitty running problem? Theres nothing that says what will happen if you DONT get the 5 blinks in ten seconds lol.
