IMO, the s13.4 looks meh.
I'd rather have jdm s13 front end.

But I really like the s15 front end, those are my favorite headlights of all time.

So s13.5. I actually have 30mm front s13.5 front fenders waiting to go on.

For hatch, the only thing that looks good to me is sleepy eyes.
Maybe eastbear headlights.

So save your $$$ and spend it on wheels, coilovers, aero.

You can buy conversion fenders for around $230ish... Headlights range from $150 (ebay kouki lights), to $400 for real kouki headlights and S15 headlights. They are not exactly hard to find... But they arent cheap. Which brings me back to my original point, if you are going to do it, dont do it half assed.

Don't do it, you will fail unless the idea of throwing $4000 into a front end isn't a problem for you. There's WAY more important things you can do with that money, I wish I would have waited a little bit longer before I did my conversion. Oh well, live and learn.

Since you have a hatch, kouki 180sx or s15 front are the best options, period. I would not touch anything "boxy" like the s14 kouki or s13 silvia for a hatch. It looks stupid, it doesn't flow, don't even think it does because it doesn't.

Hell, I don't even think s15 fronts flow on s14's but people like to argue against me on that all day long (take a look at the rear of the car in relation to the front on an s14.5, then take a look at a real s15).

If you had an s13 coupe, an s14 kouki front can be pulled off (see: Yuri). But ultimately the s13 silvia front is king on the s13 coupes. IMO, of course.

Ah no friend I am afraid you have that backwards. S15 fronts on the Fastbacks actually match the curvy body line of the S13 Fastback much better than the S14.
It looks ok on the S14 it looks nice on a S13 Fastback. It does not look nice on a S13 coupe.

And to answer your question, in my opinion no conversion looks good unless it truly looks oem and I dont think I have ever seen one that does. The cleaner a car is, the more value it will hold and the nicer it will become as time goes by. By cutting and pasting your hatch together, you wont have anything but a project car that no one will ever want. But then again, you are 17 and have some maturing to do..

2. asking for peoples opinions about looks of a conversion is not going to teach you anything. If I say the s14 conversion looks good IMO, what have you learned? Absolutely nothing. Google image it and pick something you like, buy the parts, realize you don't want to go through the hassle, part it out.
3. If you say you're running a basic hatch I assume it's bone stock. A front end conversion isn't really a great starting point.

Yeah I agree that a stock silvia front end on a S13 hatch looks trashy. That's why I opted for the Instant Gentleman kit to make it look more round.

While I will agree the instant g flows better, take a look at the side profile. The boxyness of the headlights themselves, much more apparent.

You will yield better results with the instant g s15 conversion.

You know you're young when you've never seen a convertible with a s14 kouki conversion. Falken S13.4 convertible from many years ago.

To the OP, you are going to have a very rough time on Zilvia for creating nonsense threads here. Im sure there are about a hundred of the same thread. Search, search, search, and SEARCH. On Google, yahoo, and other forums. Chances are, every question you could possible think of to ask about a 240 has been asked and answered somewhere. Dont make threads asking other peoples opinion about your car. Flamefest. Dont make threads asking how much something will cost. Flamefest. For gods sake dont make threads about engine swapping ANY engine. It has probably been done and you will be flamed to no end about it.

I suggest you search and just lurk about the forums for a good couple of weeks. There is more information here than you would ever want to know and you will learn many things, including proper forum etiquette.
