supposed to be plastic just like the U.S. headlamps. 2 seperate reflector housings inside the unit i believe, and the beam flares off to the opposite side... i guess it looks nice.. but not much different. he does have a clean set though..

what grant said is correct. ive had them on my car for some time now. no yellowing like the usdm headlights. the beam veering off to the right is really no issue. the black housing on the inside just looks WAY better. good price too, ive seen these sell on ebay for up to $450 when i was looking for some.
