Ok, I just want to let everyone know about the situation I am currently in with this seller and it isn't a minor one.

I bought a engine block from him on April 22 for $3000. I have not received the block yet, or a refund.

I really hope we can get this situation resolved but I ask other forum members to not buying anything from him until he right the situation with me.

For those interested in the details. I payed him the money on April 22. At which point he asks me to patient with him because he is extremely busy.
I thought well the guy never scammed anyone before. So I let go for 3 weeks.

Then he tell me the he got the block apart and he going to take it to his builder to have it gone through as the builder is a good friend of the OP.

Well the block is at the builder for the next 2 months having all kinds of setbacks and what not.

Now after 3 months I ask for a refund. He refused and says he's going to send the block instead.

From what i have seen the OP is a respected member at the forum and some of guys may know him.

All I want the the block or my money back. I think we can all agree this is unacceptable.

So I ask you forum members to not buy from a person who may be scamming another member. In this case me.

OP I really hope we can work this out and get this over with. I was very patient with and tried to be as understanding I could. But, now after 3 months of being told one excuse after another it's time to force the issue.

So far you have been in contact and haven't been unaccessible. I just hope that the problem has been time and circumstance and that you're as upstanding of person that other member have made you out to be.
