After normal driving and i reach my destination, when i go outside of my car, i can smell the front tires. They smell as if i just did a burn out or sumthing but this is just normal driving. I know im not scraping them on the fenders or anything because they are low profile. These are yokohama es100's by the way and ive never had these tires before. My car is lowerd and i have tension rods, tie rods, and camber plates. so can improper wheel alignment cause this smell. or do the es100's just like smelling like taht.

after you drive it for a while, feel your tire for hot areas, that will tell you a lot.

u sure its tire? it could be clutch, i know when i drive hard, i can smell my clutch...

if it really is your tires, do what devious KA said. U may need an alignment.

Ya probably the clutch if you are driving hard or it could be your brakes too. Riding the clutch hard will make a fould smell and i noticed when you apply your brakes hard too it can produce a similar smell.

if it's distinctly a rubber smell then have your alignment checked. a really bad alignment can cause very rapid wear and with the wearing comes the smell.;)

no man, it's your brakes. Couple days ago I was messing with my ebrake in the rain and I have the same smell you're talking about. It's a caliper sticking. Take the tire off that is giving the smell and you'll see what I mean. Just have to mess with it. Do it now before you get metal to metal.
