LSD and suspension!

Since it sounds like you have the money, I'd say:
Cusco RS 1.5/2 way LSD
ZEAL Function B6 (or V6 if you're feeling feisty) coilovers
CUSCO front and rear adjustable arms (F: LCA, T/C rod. R: traction rods, upper control arms, toe arms)
Largus Anti-roll (anti-sway) bars f/r
Misc. NAMS and Do-Luck Chassis reinforcement bars

ARC up-rated SMIC. (personal favorite)
Ditch your HKS SSQV (?) for an old BLITZ DD (sounds better) or a SARD unit. :)

I also forgot to mention i have a greddy front mount and i was also thinking about putting on an external wastegate, no one metioned that so i was wondering if it was worth it or am i good with the stock internal wastegate.

Brakes! duh, how could I forget... and TIRES. Tires are the single best investment you can make on a car.

Get some Z32 brakes and Master Cylinder, get some nice sport pads and some blank rotors. Also you should consider some performance tires. Very useful, very important. I like Dunlop FM-901 and Yokohama AVS-ES100, but if you can afford Bridgestone S-02 (better wet grip than S-03 and similar dry) or other top-of-the-line tires (Dunlop SP9000/Yokohama AVS Sport) they'd do you well, too.

depending on how much boost you're running, i'm sure the stock internal wastegate will do a fine job. If you're worried, you can get an upgraded HKS internal wastegate actuator - that would save you the trouble of using an external wastegate.

why has no one mentioned FPR?! That's a must have, along with a fuel pressure gauge!

what type of fuel management? Sounds like you are on track, engine-wise, but I don't see tunablity. You need to be able to tune the car.

BRAKES! More power = needs more braking power.

LSD would come immediately following brakes.

Then Suspension.

THEN fuel management. Thats the way I see it.

Umm, there's no preset course for you to take, which is why most people build their cars up according to the priorities they have set for them.

If you plan to do 1/4 mile drags with your 240, suspension isn't really major is it (Besides LSD)? But forged internals and a turbo big enough to swallow a man whole is...

Likewise with a track car; suspension and brakes are very major and would likely be the next on your list.

Street car? Maybe brakes, some suspension, and nice wheels.

Show car/ricer: An obnoxious paint job, goofy wheels, and plenty o' stickers....

It's also an answer for the next one. "What does a FPR do?" "What's the difference?"

BOOM all the questions answered in one swoop. :mrmeph:

Engine wise...id say...rocker arm stoppers and metal head gasket to be on the safe side after the fpr.
