Hey Zilvia, this isn't car stuff, but I thought there might be some people out there interested in an awesome bike.

1982 Peugeot P8 Fixed Gear

Metallic Blue and White

Origin8 Track Pro Wheelset

Up for sale is my beloved 1982 Peugeot P8 which I have personally converted to a fixed gear bike. I still have most of the original parts and I can include them if the buyer wants. I have owned this bike since the 1990’s and began converting it in late 2009. I did all the work thoroughly and properly, and even ensured that the rear wheel is properly spaced out for a perfectly straight chainline. This is a 30 year old bike so it does have a few nicks and scratches but nothing too major. I have kept this bike stored indoors ever since I did the conversion. Only ridden for about 100 miles, so the bike is in great shape. Great head turner and definitely better quality than many bikes sold today. Anyone that knows something about classic bikes can confirm the value of this build. Many completely original P8's go for $250 easy.

Sorry bud. P8's not rare. Px-10 is what is good. Peugeot is the Schwinn of France. So for 400 I get an old frame with no brakes that relies on a Swiss bottom bracket for stopping power。sweet death machine

You are correct, these aren't the cream of the crop when it comes to old Peugeots, but when some people pay $200+ for a mediocre SS conversion on plain UO8's, it better justifies this price.
If I ever owned a PX-10, I would surely keep it completely original.

If you want brakes, I got them, just never installed since these wheels have non-machined braking surfaces.

It's Carbolite 103 tubing, so it's all steel. Not the best especially when compared to Reynolds tubing found on many other old bikes, but many claim it's better than current Hi-Ten steel found on most other bikes sold today in the $200-$400 range.
Also, steel just feels so much better than aluminium in many people's opinion.

makes me sad to see cool old Peugeots turned into fixies
I have owned 2 PX-10's
1 PBN-10
And 1 Canyon express mtn bike

For sure man, I've had several other Peugeots that I've kept all original
I went Fixed on this one because it wasn't as well equipped as my others and thought a simple driveline would be more desirable.
I kept all the original derailleurs/shifters/wheels/etc. in case I ever wanted to bring it back to original.
