Power FC Tune Place Or Person?

Does anybody know of a place in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, San Bernardino area that tunes an apexi power fc d jetro? I know that big name shops charge way too much. Im just looking for a shop or a person who knows how to tune a power fc d jetro just so I can get rolling.

agreed. Koji Arai is the best PFC tuner. Especially in your area and he is incredibly well priced.
He no longer works at drift speed and works for auto talent in carson now.
