This turbo is a kouki s14 turbo..
91F000 is the s15 spec r turbo

this is the same exact turbo i had. it came on late kouki models and auto s15 turbo. its supposed to be journal bearing but mine had the same exact numbers and it turned out to be ball bearing. so its a hit or miss
