parting out s13 hatch, aftermarket parts

picking up a base model s13 hatch, damage on rear quarter, bumper, hatch, left tail light. doors forward are fine. parting out interior and exterior as well as the following parts:

$125 ASP Underdrive Pulley with smaller belts.
$100 Injen Intake.
$150 KA24DE 166k, fed Mobil1
$200 5spd swap (newer OEM clutch)
$35 Momo leather knob
$25 s13 seats (drivers side worn)
$250 16" Motegi MR-12 look rims (not sure of brand or width, will know saturday)

the intake looks like this, but with a heat shield on the filter. i dunno if thats the cold air extension on the inken or not. i'll have real pics saturday, then i'll know if its the 2 piece intake.
