first off, i wouldnt trust a product from a company that makes an intake that looks like an intercooler...thats just me though...
but arospeed products are built for cost, not for quality or performance. the only reason they are so big is because people see the prices, and go after it - they got big, actually, in miami, selling 15 DOLLAR intakes. any company that can sell an intake for 15 bucks, and not go under, obviously isnt putting too much into it.
Its a shame to see companies like these are starting to make products for our cars. With the latest trend of modding 240SX is on the rise I hope more shitty products like these dont make it to market.
Stick with Ground Control if you really need the adjustablily. I would bet the perch or the aerospeed coilovers would rust after no time and then not allow you to change the ride hight. Do us all (yourself included) and dont buy these kinds of products.

man, i hope we don't start getting all the honda manufacturers n stuff to begin marketing hundreds of products for our cars. 240's have been attracting 2 much interest lately it seems.

If you love your car like all the rest of us do, you don't want to put just any piece of crap on it. I think you should just save up and get some good coilovers or a good shock/spring combo. Getting something like aerospeed coilovers would make you no better than the stereotypical "ricer."

On the bright side an increase in popularity while taking away from our cars individuality would force a price decrease in the retail cost for our parts. Just look how cheap and plentiful honda parts are. Let the uneducated masses buy the second rate stuff and lower the prices of quality parts for our cars.
They may suck but if he found an entire set for say $400 or something and he can't afford (or doesn't want to spend) more than that, then its definately better than stock.

i was just thinking about it .. $125.00 is really attracting you know? compared to $400.00 for GC .. and $1,000.00+ for the japanese ones..
but i think im going to go with ground control after all i think its pretty decent company not the best but the best collar coilovers i know of.
Go ahead and get them, but dont blame us when your ride quality sux and your perches rust. Are you even going to get a shorter stroke shocks to compensate for the lowering of the car?
Aro-speed. What does "aro" mean? are they trying to spell "aero?"
Must be "jdm" quality with their poor english, huh? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
Sounds like crap to me. But post some pictures.. so that we can confirm its crappiness. hehe

Yeah, normally you get what you pay for. However, talk to some speed shop mechanics, local mechanics that know what they are. Find some pics, find out what kind of metal they're made of, what kind of heat treating they get, etc. etc.
Low cost sometimes means people trying to get into the market with decent parts. And the low price hi qual idea works well.
You can't put some med-hi price hi qual mods on the market if you're competing with major manufacturers and you have no history.
That said, I'd still be very wary of them. I don't really know what goes into a set of coils. I took a chance on my Imperial electric fan (65 bucks), instead of a Flex-a-lite (180ish) , and so far it's been a year or more, and I've had no ill effects and fine cooling. I actually accidentally ground the fan motor casing against the water pump pulley, and though it wore almost through the motor housing, the fan continues to work fine.
i saw those as well,
but even before that i checked out my local tuner shop and they said that teh cheapest coils are Ractive, then arospeed, then something else,
i just wanty to lower the car without cuttign the springs, so i would consider grabbing something like those, but then again, i dont have the intent of modding to the max, otherwise i'd go with the good stuff

DO they still make 240's. I dont think the 240's will become as common as the CIvic and all that crap. I bought this car so i would be different. I was even going to the extreme of getting a Geostorm so i could have a not so common car. Im glad i got the 240 instead
