I started with the price because that is exactly what I am asking for, now let me justify: The market is not saturated with real 97/98 koukis, let alone 5 speed, low miles, clean title and pearl white.

Reason for sale: Again, I bought this car with the intention of turning it into a weekend track car and I honestly was going to keep it but I'm trying to advance my career and don't need anymore distractions.
Title: Clean, please refer to Carfax and Autocheck below. I made this ad with the intention of making it as easy as possible for the buyer. The VIN is below in the smog for you to double check; I have nothing to hide.
Trans: Original 5 speed, no swap.
Mileage: 121k on the dot.
Engine: Stock as shit original KA24DE
Trim: SE, comes with sunroof (no leaks), power everything, cruise, etc.
Color & Body: Pearl White and it's in amazing condition for a 15 years old car. There are body dings as expected. Feel free to inspect in person.
Interior: Whatever that cloth is. No rips, stains, cigarette burns at all. It is literally in pristine condition. No cracked dash but does have signs of aging.
Alarm: It has a viper alarm, 2 keys, gas cap lock, and a free complement autolock!
Documents: I have the original user's manual and maintenance books from the dealership.
What I fixed: New EGR to pass smog, New MAF, New spark plugs, replaced misfiring injector, took the IACV out and cleaned it, adjusted timing and TPS as well as idle. This car is completely stock except for the tanabe G medallion exhaust. I'll deduct $200 if you bring a stock 240sx exhaust and I get to keep this sickass exhaust. (It's less than the maximum allowed decibels to drive around here in SF, so fuck yah!). Car drives like a beast (still really slow) and does not need any mechanical work. I just changed the oil with Castrol full sythetic today and have another quart for you.
Conditions of Sale: I already paid for the registration until next year and passed smog for you (with fucking flying colors 2/451, 38/738). Got the bill of sale paper ready and will go to DMV with you to get everything transferred over.

What's bad: The stock radio display is broken but the radio works, you probably want to install your own deck. The passenger window does not roll up, possibly bad module, and that's it.

you probably want to adjust your price. i picked up my 98 last year with 136k all stock for 7800 and the only bad thing was a bad lower ac hose. anyways, glws and bump for a clean car

Thanks for all the emails and offers. So far I have about 3 people offering me $7000 in cash and a lot of offers in the $6000 range. I was asking $9000 mainly to deter everyone that tried to lowball me the last time I posted this ad. Right now, I am realistically looking for somewhere close to $8000 or above my highest offer ($7000) and in cash. A/C and heater works!! I forgot to mention that.
