nitrogen filled tire air chuck ?

I just had to fill up someones tire who had them nitrogen filled. The tires had REALLY thick valve stems. My standard air chuck barely fit and I was leaking all over the place. I managed to cram enough air in to fill them. But I was just wondering if anyone knew of where to buy these special nitrogen chucks.... Thanks

and no I have never seen this before sounds like you need a new tire inflator, the digi blue point one is pretty nice.

nitrogen is just another gas like air. Doesn't require special valve stem.
