i think it is. i noticed a big difference. but now i'm hearing sway bars make a bigger difference. you should look into those too.

Strut bars prevent your chasis from flexing during sharp turns. And yes you will notice the difference once itz put on. Plus they dont cost too much i've seen them for as low as $40/ea.

my coug came with sway bars stock but when i installed the front and rear strut braces the sucker wont flex for nuthin now. theres hardly any sway inmy car now, the only way it can wobble and stuff is in the tires.

Most definitely get both bars if you can. Huge difference over stock or just with front strut bar.
We now have the Pilot bars in stock for S13/S14's.
