New Valve stem seals/lapped valves/pressure tested/resurfaced/hot tanked. Also shims have been set up for s14 cams, to use this in your s13 you would need s13 cams and shims. Includes cam caps/buckets in their correct placement, also includes the front cover for the head.

Porting intake and exhaust
3 angle valve job
OEM valve stem seals & install
Hot tank
Check all valve shim clearances to make sure its in spec
Clean all valves
Pressure test
Resurface


Now add the price of a core cylinder head and front cover, assuming you don't have one. Also included is correct cam caps, not some half ass shit. Ya $150 is pretty damn cheap.
