Selling 240sx hatch DOHC

Here I have a 1990 240sx shell which originally had a SOHC KA, has Clean Title and registration is paid off until August 2012.

I bought it to do a ka24de swap
I Pulled the SOHC, and bought a ka24de with 150k miles on it.

I had the full longblock rebuilt with full felpro gasket kit
block and head were hot tanked.
block was honed,polished and overbored .5mm

brand new pistons and rings
brand new rod bearings and main bearings
transmission included with engine
I have uncut ka24de wiring harness that comes with it.

I hate to have to sell this, but I really need the money at the moment
I'm asking for $2000 or best offer

I've put much more into the engine and car than 3 grand, and I know once the brand new engine is installed it will be worth more than 3 grand.
