I want to buy a 10" Kicker Solo Baric L7 sub, but I don't know whether I should power it with a JL 250/1 or JL 500/1. The subwoofer can handle 600 watts. I'm not sure if the 500/1 will noticably improve the bass and loudness (and whether it's worth the extra money). Any advice on this matter?

um i think you are better off with the 500/1 its supposed to handle like 225w per coil.

ya i would say to go with the 500x1 you will be able to keep the gain low to improve on the qualty of the bass

yeah and you can always blast people out really hard when you use all 500 of those watts, just dont do it for too long
