248/248 cammed ka 200 miles into a rebuild has been breaking off when im just trying to cruise in any gear, usually in a low rpm. Is this a timing issue? It was timed correctly to chain with the tooth difference, but not sure about the distributor cap being moved could be causing this? It doesnt bog down to die out, just cutting fuel somewhat. While im on the gas it does not have a problem.
