95 240sx SE project car 80k original miles!

Ok so I've decided to move on from my so called project, I have recently lost my job and I no longer have the funds to provide for this project nor the funds to get my project to where I really want it to be and I thought maybe somebody else could enjoy it. So lets start of with the basics, its a 1995 240sx se which jus hit 80,000miles the other day, ever since I bought this car I only have put about 3000miles on it n will continue to go up gradually as it is my daily. Now I can already hear some of you saying "80k? Yea right!" but I digress, come check it out n it wouldnt be that hard to believe. The SE also includes the 5lug hubs, power windows, power locks, power steering, sun roof. SE seats, and the stereo with tweaters. The car was originally a Texas car which is why the title is a clean blue Texas title, but some of you may kno I wrecked this car and tried to sell it but I thought it would be better to fix it n keep it, obviously those plans have changed. The car also has very little rust which can be taken care of VERY easliy, I was quoted $100 to fix it which is not that bad.The body of the car is pretty beat up, by that I mean the clear coat is fading a little behind the sun roof, and it was in a hail storm in Texas so there is a lot of little dings on the car. There is one thing that I would like the buyer to kno is that this car was originally an automatic and has been converted to manual by the previous owner, not exactly the best swap but it does the trick, the only reason I say this is because the big automatic brake pedal is still in there. As for the kouki conversion I would say its about 90% done seeing as I dont have the grill or retainer or crash support. Now on to the entire list of cons which I will list again later, the cons would include very little problems that are easy fixes but unfortunately I have run out of funds as I said before. So these cons include: The passenger side window does not roll down( I honestly have no idea what happen to it, it was working fine one day n the next it simply stopped), The main con would be the headlights n corner lights do not work(Again the headlight were working fine one day n the next simply stopped, and the corner light were never hooked up), the stereo works like complete shit(seeing as its 17 year old stereo I wouldnt have high expectations for it), n probably the BIGGEST con would be the rust spot underneath the driver side seat(again I was quoted $100 to fix it so nothing too bad or out of control). So now on to the price, I would like to see what I can get for her and, I can throw an entire z32 brake swap(Front & Rear calipers & emergency brake shields) in for the right price, the z32 brakes are not rebuilt by any means but im not giving them away either.

Near perfect interior minus the radio bezel and driver side door arm rest
CONS:
No AC
Headlights & Corner lights (Read above^^^)
Passenger window (Read above^^^)
Slight body damage(Read above^^^)
Paint sucks for a 17 year old car not surprising (Fading n cracked etc)
Rust, there is VERY little dont let this scare you cause its not that big of a problem (Again I was quoted $100 to fix it)
Tires(Gonna need some new tires pretty soon current ones are balding)

As for the price I dont really have a set one, Im jus trying to see what I can get for it, so shoot me a REASONABLE OFFER
