TW/WTT 89' Gold Coupe less than 22k on rebuilt sohc

Im testing waters 89' gold coupe less than 22k on rebuilt ka24e (i have paper work). Its an original 5spd with power everything -Doors, sunroof, steering- NO A/C sorry (never came with it) heater works great. Brown interior (cry about it) HUD works sometimes (idk wtf is wrong with that thing) its a clean tittle and the tags are paid! just need a smog but will be smogged prior to delivery. The car drives fine idles like a purring tiger, really low key. its drives straight and smooth. You can actually see when the needle dips as the thermostat opens up. Ive made various trips up to San Luis Obispo No Problems.
Truth about it is I've out-grown this car (figuratively) i want to trade mostly; RWD, will consider 4WD, idk about FWD though. CALL ME FOR QUICKER RESPONSE (909)419-6284

-Rebuilt KA24E
-New F1 kevlar clutch heavy duty beefy sprung hub one (less than 700 miles on it)
-New fluids diff, trans, engine, ps
-New 2row aluminum with twin electric fans and new oem thermostat(keep it cool) with new hoses all around
- 5lug 30mm caliper conversion
-Custom DD wanna be exhaust (looks and sound good)
-Tokico blues with esperil springs up front and stock shocks with teins on back
-new oem sway-bar bushings
-Crack on dash (but dash mat covers everything)
-Seats are pretty messed up cause their leather (did i mention its leather...?)
-Original floor mats and Mud flaps
-New oem diff cover

Brown is rare and it matches alright with the exterior, but I had grey S14 seats and believe me...it looks better stock, lol. If I come across some clean black seats I think i'd put those in instead.

It's my daily driver so I'd ask for 3k straight up. cause I'd have to replace it very quickly. I know you can prolly find other s13 with dohc that go for around the same, but they don't have a rebuilt motor and extensive new parts list like mine. I've got some front tein coilovers that I havnt installed and I'm putting together a turbo kit that'll I'll be installing after the summer.
I've sold two cars here before FOR DIRT CHEAP, but they were projects at best. This a complete car with a good sound system and all (no a/c). Get in and drive anywhere with no worries about making it to or from your destination.
