So my car runs pretty well, will hit 12+ lbs of boost and goes through the whole powerband pretty well, however at idle the car will die unless I give it gas. If I break the car also dies.

I've been going over all possible vac lines to try to find any leaks, but I'm pretty sure I've got all them. I rechecked my iacv and got new bolts to bolt it into the mani, but it's still dying.

Stock s13 redtop, t25, fmic, bov, etc. nothing fancy

Ok on the intake manifold there's a big air sensor that u can adjust ur RPM from. On it there is a nut in the center of it turn it left or right and watch ur RPM. Set ur RPM at 1000 or 1100. And you shouldnt have the problem any more.

check blk/yellow wire at 2 plugs by battery where engine harness plugs to chassis
or the harness side of iacv plug
make sure it gets 12v...if its lower then 12v u will not idle properly...if at all
