I'm helping a friend find a replacement turbo and I do have a question regarding this pic. Was the compressor wheel replaced. I've had many T28 and other turbos Never seen one with that much space between the compressor housing. Thanks!

no... its the stock compressor wheel.

its not! legit t28 bb just cleaned it up real good.

there should only be minimal space between the compressor housing and the compressor wheel. that's a sign of dust/fod getting in the compressor area. the wheel has to be replaced.

S14 T28 does not come with dual ball bearing sorry Buddy...

You cleaned it up real nice though.

S14 T28 does come with ball bearings. I purchased one off someone from here and found it was ball bearing. The one i bought had the same part number and I even confirmed it with a garrett distributor that it was in fact a ball bearing. Also those aren't T25 internals.

It's a legit T28
