First find a photo of the correct size on the INTERNET, it cannot be on your home computer.
Right click on the photo and goto the propertie's like in the pic.

Now copy the URL like i have highlighted in this pic.

Now you have the pic name, go into your profile and type it into the box that is highlighted oin the bottom, and change the avatar selection to "personal" like i have highlighted on the top.

Now click sumbit. Once done with that, go back into your profile and select "personal" in the avatar box one more time and click submit. Viola, your done and have a nice pretty pic <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
ALSO:
if it's a pic from ur cpu just shrink it in some type of photo/paint program and upload it onto webshots.com. then just right click the pic on ur webshots account after u uploaded it n follow the directions that ca18guy put.
