Motor is a blacktop S13 SR. The motor will crank but not getting any turn overs.

Motor has brand new plugs, reset timing, is getting correct FP, tested spark on coilpacks and they work. Switched out CAS, ECU and ignitor with known working pieces just to be sure and no difference.

When I pull the plugs they are coated with fuel like its flooding? But if I unplug the injectors or FP to burn out the existing fuel in cylinders still nothing different. That worked on my last flooding SR so I gave it a shot. But even when the cylinders dry out and try again, again nothing. Really running out of ideas here and hoping not to have to pull valve cover to check for broken bits.

Are you sure the timing is 100% correct? Not doubting you but if you have fuel and spark most likely the timings off enough to where its not hitting at the right time.

Did you clean the plugs? i know that you said that they're brand new but when i first put my sr in my car the plugs got coated real bad and then i started flooding the motor. cleared the flood and cleaned plugs and she started no problem.

is your MAF sensor reading the air going into the engine? it not working correctly would cause that problem, ive seen it several times
