Ok guys, kinda a simple question but im yet to find a straight answer. A lot of differing opinions out there.

So, im rebuilding a ka, and my oil pump is junk. all scored up. not salvageable.... so i need to buy a whole new cover assembly and what not. the engine is an s13 dual cam ka. Problem is a new OEM nissan pump is upwards to 400+$. I see that I can get an s14 ka oil pump off frsport.com for 250$. Will this one bolt up. And if so will I need an s14 upper timing cover to make this work.

And please only chime in if you know for sure.

the s13/14 Ka24de are almost identical .. especially oil pump wise ... The oil pumps your looking at are very very pricey ..... I know everyone on here says ebay is crap.. well its not... its the stupid sellers who are crap... you just have to know witch ones are good and bad...

well those who say that obviously like wasting their money ..

I agree, I did a full rebuild on my ka with ebay parts about 35k miles later and engine running perfect, just depends on installer skill and seller :coold:
