As you know the IC piping runs through the Battery tray and we are required to get one of the little batteries, or just move it to the trunk. i did the little battery and i was wondering what every one is using for tiedowns? Pics would be great..
Thanks

The brackets which came with my odyssey, they are L-Brackets. Or you could visit a hardware store and fine L-Brackets there.

..my odyeesy did come with a bracket...
I don't even have a battery tie down on my KA... I can imagine my (future) hypothetical SR to have its battery jumping around the passenger compartment. :)
KidZelda, please tell me that's not your car!!

If your using an SVR sealed battery you can turn the battery on it's side and use the factory battery tiedowns.

my cold pipe is wedged against the battery and holds it snugly.

I use the stock bar, just redrilled holes into the battery tray, fits my lil Odyssey battery just fine :)

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if you guys can post which battery you are using? Yoshi, if you dont mind me asking what model Odyssey.. or is out of a a Honda Odyseey? I do not want to relocate mine to the trunk and would prefer a slim batter but dont know which exact one to get. My car should be completed sometime this week, so i should be installing the FMIC this weekend hopefully at which time i'll need a battery. I plan on fabricating no battery tray to accomodate for snug fit.. Also, apprx cost of this battery would help, many thanks in advance.
Thanks

I just bought a Taylor battery relocation kit from a domestic performance shop here in indy for about $53 - doesn't come w/ the aluminum battery box though; however it still looks nice.
