Garrett T28 w/ Rebuild Kit

I have for sale a Garrett T28 off my S14 SR20DET with OEM SR Exhaust Manifold. I'm not sure how many miles are on it but the turbine spins freely and it has slight shaft play. I'm also including the T28 Dynamic Seal Rebuild Kit from G-Pop Shop (Retail: $75). Looking for $250 shipped

shaft play? is it blown?

Small amount of shaftplay from what I see. The turbine spins perfect and the turbo isn't blown. It came with my SR that I bought and just needs to be rebuilt.
