looks good to me. my core is at the same hieght as the frame of the car(right below the radiator).

That looks WAY too low to me!! Considering I ALWAYS hit/scrape my T/C rod brackets on speed bumps and curbs and trash, I am sure I'd rip the IC off on day one if it were on my car. I say move it up at LEAST an inch or preferrably 2-3" if possible. the IC being that low will also mean you'd catch a lot of rocks that get flung up on the freeway and stuff, meaning a damaged/ugly IC in no time. xp

edit: also, a small impact in the front may send your bumper (support) into the IC... mounting it so that it's more parallel to the radiator (and closer to the rad.) might give your IC a little bit more protection in a minor front end collision. Looking at the other pics, I'd also make sure the bottom of the IC sits HIGHER than the tow hooks... that really looks dangerously low to me.

it would be alot easier if you just removed the front impact bar all together

air to air intercooler means you use air to cool it. like the greddy, hks, blitz intercooler kits.

liquid to air uses liquid to cool it. liquid goes through the fins to cool it instead of air from above. you will need a water pump and a tank or heat exchanger depends on the way you want to go. can't explain more. i like liquid to air, but the FMIC just looks so mean with out popping the hood.
