time to sell my work bersaglio spoke 2 very rare original valve stem barrel bolts etc prev owner say its a 2 piece weld

prev owner imported from japan a year or so ago
needs tlc mainly clear coat
tiny minor rash

asking 1300 Obo
does come with tires but needs replacing (215 40 18 x2) (225 40 18 x2)
looking for trades mainly 18x9.5+
